Price changes: sendify reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days' prior notice.

WhatsApp blocks and limitations

sendify implements best practices to minimize the risk of blocks by WhatsApp. However, we cannot guarantee that your number will not be blocked, as this depends on Meta's algorithms and policies.

We are not responsible for blocks, suspensions or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp on your account. It is your responsibility to use the platform responsibly and comply with WhatsApp's policies.

Service availability

We make our best effort to keep sendify available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from temporary service unavailability.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights to sendify, including the software, design, logos and content, belong to sendify and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your data, messages and databases. sendify claims no rights over your content.
